1. Orders & Contract

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. This does not constitute acceptance. A contract between us will not be formed until we confirm dispatch of your order.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order prior to dispatch, including if the product is unavailable, pricing or description errors occur, or we suspect fraudulent activity.

2. Pricing & Availability

All prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We aim to ensure all pricing and availability information is accurate, but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price or availability of a product you’ve ordered, we will contact you with the option to reconfirm your order or cancel it.

3. Payment

We accept payment via major credit and debit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout. Payment is taken at the time of order.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders promptly and within the timeframe stated on product pages. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

For eligible items, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt in accordance with your consumer rights. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging.

Custom, made-to-order or personalised items, including fine jewellery by Jennie Kwon and Misa, are non-refundable and non-returnable unless faulty.

6. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs and a description of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, branding, and designs—is the property of Stone Hearts Club Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Stone Hearts Club Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of any goods from us.

11. Jennie Kwon & Misa Made to Order Policy

All Jennie Kwon and Misa jewellery handmade to order in Los Angeles and are considered bespoke items. As such, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless deemed faulty.

We understand that finding the perfect fit can be tricky, so we offer one complimentary resize on rings should the sizing be slightly off. This service is available within 30 days of receiving your ring.

Please ensure you double-check your ring size before placing your order. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us for sizing guidance before purchasing.

12. Promotional Offers & Discount Codes

Discount codes and promotional offers are limited to one per customer and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

Discounts do not apply to fine jewellery by Jennie Kwon or Misa, and may be excluded from other limited-edition, collaboration, or bespoke pieces at our discretion.

All discounts are applied before shipping costs and are only valid during the promotional period stated.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend any offer without prior notice.
