Deliveries made outside of the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes.

Please be advised that we reserve the right to deduct, from any refund due to the customer, the costs incurred by us for the return shipment of Goods refused by the customer at Customs in the destination country.
We want you to LOVE your new jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
Cost of Returns & Exchanges The cost of the return(s) are made at the cost of the customer. All returns are the responsibility of the customer until receipt of the return by Stones Heart Club so for your safety we therefore recommend using a tracked parcel option and retaining proof of postage.
Returns & Exchange Process Returning an item is simple. Just email firstname.lastname@example.org to notify us you wish to make a return. We'll then send you full returns information, including where and how to send the return parcel.
On receipt of the returned items we will issue you a refund or exchange within 7 days to the same payment method.
Exclusions to Returns & Exchanges Earrings are non-exchangeable and non-refundable for hygiene reasons, unless the items are faulty at delivery.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
We cannot offer an exchange or return on items which have been worn; if there are any signs of wear, we will not accept the return.
Sale Items Sale items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. In the event of a fault and no like-for-like product available a credit note will be issued.
Promotional materials are non-refundable. If you are returning a product that comes with a promotional item, you must return both the purchase and promotional item. Otherwise the value of the promotional item will be deducted when issuing your refund.
